Chief Executive Officer
Ian has worked in the UK and internationally, including in the USA, Hong Kong, Vietnam, and the Philippines, within multinational organizations. This has included companies in professional services, IT, business process outsourcing, telecommunications, and media. Ian has also been responsible for leading software development businesses and is based in the Philippines.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Paul worked for six years as an independent IT consultant for various multinational corporations, primarily in the air express and banking industries. He was responsible for managing the development and implementation of new technologies in these sectors, including a global mobile data solution, a global network imaging project, and integrated electronic payment systems. Paul has lived in Asia for nearly two decades and holds an MSc in Telecommunications and Information Systems.
PAUL GOODISON
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR
Paul worked with DHL for 15 years, managing major IT projects across the globe. He is passionate about the need to improve IT infrastructure management and has firsthand experience of the consequences of poorly managed infrastructure in large IT environments. Paul is the CEO of Cormant Inc., the leading provider of IT infrastructure management software, CableSolve. He travels extensively, collaborating with companies to enhance their management, control, and reporting processes using CableSolve.
LAVINIA KUA
EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR, FINANCE AND ADMINISTRATION MANAGER
Lavinia is a licensed CPA with extensive knowledge in administration, accounting, and finance, acquired over a career spanning more than 20 years. She has experience in all phases of bookkeeping, from initial entries to the final preparation of financial data for government reporting requirements.

EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR AND CHIEF TECHNOLOGY OFFICER
Cy is an Information Technology professional with ten years of extensive .NET development experience for web, desktop, and server applications. He has extensive knowledge of C#, ASP.NET MVC, Web Forms, Web Services, WinForms, WPF, WCF, WF, JavaScript, jQuery, ORMs (NHibernate and Entity Framework), HTML, CSS, T-SQL and database design, Crystal Reports, test-driven development, continuous integration with Hudson, and object-oriented design patterns.
